Stage 2: Site Survey
This would be carried out by a member of our
team (or in complex situations, an independent specialist surveyor).
The purpose of the survey is to establish a scale plan of the
existing site complete with all the information needed, such
as boundaries, levels, position of buildings, existing trees
, and pools, whether the site is overlooked, the good and bad
views etc.. Notes are also taken on soil type, prevailing winds
and direction of the sun.
