Stage 6: Tendering and Project Management

When all the design and all of the drawings and plans are completed, we would then draw up the necessary documentation to help you with obtaining quotations for building your new garden from two or threerecommended building contractors. Once a builder has been selected and they have started the work , we are available to monitor progress , meeting the contractors with yourselves, on site, on a weekly basis, to ensure that the construction of your new gardenprogresses smoothly, on time, to the highest standard. We only recommend reputable, usually 'bali' accredited contractors in order to guarantee the highest standard of finish.
